It is a future-forward initiative aimed at sourcing and combining the collective talents of the some industry’s best creatives and their many years of experience & established skills. Jermold has a deep rooted love for visual arts. With Visual Arts at his core, Jermold successfully developed a magnitude of creative communication genres to add to his growing creative talents over the years. His proficiencies include, but are not limited to, Graphic Design, Photography, Cinematography & Video Production, Motion Graphics, Editing. These skills, coupled with a B.A. in Business Management and Marketing, and a natural appetency for business development, drives his strategic vision and growth for not just Are Network, but every client he works with. He has worked with international traditional and digital agencies alike, such as Publicis Caribbean and Toucan. Quickly rising through the ranks, he has cultivated over 10 years of experience and diverse knowledge of the creative industry. In 2013 he founded his first company which has now evolved into Are Network, delivering exceptional brand experiences and client service.

Laura Compton is our Business Development and Production Manager. She is an accomplished all-rounded business professional with impressive branding, marketing, and digital strategy success with global culture shifting companies, including Quiksilver, Diesel, BIllabong, Publicis, and Starlite Collection. Over the last few years, her focus has been toward business development and helping them meet the demand for technological and market progression. Her experience establishing startups in the digital and sales/retail industries in the Caribbean is a tremendously valuable asset making her a highly valued member of our core team.
We meet with you and selected internal stakeholders to come to an understanding on what your brand is and to learn more about your organization. This session is facilitated to help identify your key target audiences, perceptions of the current brand name and identity, your current market position, customer decision-making factors and more. At the end of this session, we would have collected key internal perceptions that will shape your brand identity and we will create a summary report of our findings for you. After securing your insight, we validate your brand perceptions through market research. We gain input from your customers and compile results into a report for your review. We also evaluate key competitors’ brand positioning to ensure your brand platform is distinctive.
Once internal and external research is complete, we summarize our findings in a creative brief for your approval. When finalized, our creative design and messaging teams go to work. We prepare varying creative directions for you to evaluate – including theming, messaging, logos, colour schemes, imagery, photography, etc. – and deliver these approaches for your review. Whichever path you choose – you are the final decision-maker in choosing the messaging and visual identity that is right for your company.
After you’ve selected your creative direction, we deliver a brand visual identity and messaging guide to facilitate brand roll-out in all your communications materials. We can collaborate with you to prioritize implementation of your brand in your corporate communications, deliver brand-compliant designs for various mediums or take on creation of any or all of your communications materials.
